TG4 and the Irish Traditional Music Archive are delighted to announce the launch of a new collaborative project: free online access to the digitised and catalogued gala Gradam Ceoil programmes (1998−2018).

Cartlann Ghradam Ceoil TG4 in association with ITMA to be launched at the Willie Clancy Summer School Tuesday 10th July at 2pm in Miltown Malbay

The project will go live https://www.tg4.ie/ga/clair/gradam-ceoil/cartlann/ to Irish and international audiences following its launch at the Willie Clancy Summer School.

ITMA & TG4 will also host a Pop-Up Archive in Miltown Malbay for the duration of the Summer School with ITMA & TG4 staff on hand to guide users in using the collection.

Gradam Ceoil TG4: Gradam Ceoil TG4 is the premier annual traditional music awards scheme and academy. The awards are presented annually at a gala concert. The broadcast concert has become on the most eagerly anticipated highlights of TG4’s musical calendar.

ITMA: The Irish Traditional Music Archive is a multimedia archive and resource centre for anyone with an interest in traditional Irish song, instrumental music and dance.
